RETURN/REFUND POLICY

First if you have a need to request a refund, you likely ordered a product from me, which means that I owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes me more happier than to have a new customer, and as such, I promise to do my very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That being said here are a few things you should know:

We offer no-hassle returns and exchanges. If you're not happy with your purchase reach out to us and we'll take care of you. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please send an email with a description of defect and picture of candle to: designedbyashleyscales@gmail.com.

If there is any issue with your candle order, DBA will replace your candle. However, it will be up to the owners discretion to issue a full refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at designedbyashleyscales@gmail.com

Should you need to cancel any service, your deposit is non-refundable. DBA will do its best at rescheduling any service that was requested.
